Q: What is this whole thing then?
A: Question! It's a pop-up, one-off group fitness experience, to get you feeling strong, confident, fit and amazing BEFORE the craziness of December really kicks in and all bets are off!
Q: Do I need a gym membership?
A: No, there is an option to choose home workouts when you sign up, however you do need a pair of dumbbells at home.
Q: How does it all work?
A: We kick off officially Monday 24th October, but the private, pop-up Facebook group will open the day before, so everyone can settle in and get to know each other and the fun can begin! You will have access to the Fitter Confident App to follow three workouts each week, PLUS there will bonus workouts on Facebook Live in the group
PLUS, every week I (Matt! The Creator!) will be running a Masterclass Training session on Zoom on key topics to support you even more - including confidence, surviving Party Season, Nutriton and three more! If you can't make the Zooms live they will always be recorded and shared in the group for your replay convenience!
Q: How do I win the prizes?
A: You know the weekly Masterclasses I just mentioned? In each one, at some point, will be a code word. You need to collect all six codewords and at the end of the six weeks, submit them to me, and anyone who does that will go into the draw for the prizes!
Q: What's the cost?
A: £79 (which is about $79 at the moment anyway!) - you get to download and keep all the workouts from my app, so you can use them forever and ever!
Q: When does it start?
A: The Challenge kicks off officially Monday 24th October - soon! - and the pop-up Facebook group will open the day before, Sunday 23rd October, as I'll be doing a special Facebook Live that evening to welcome everyone and answer any additional questions!
Q: Do I have to be on Facebook?
A: No, you'll still get access to the workouts via the Fitter Confident You app AND you'll be invited to (and reminded about via email!) the weekly Masterclass trainings on Zoom.
