HOW DOES IT WORK?
YOUR WORKOUTS - you'll access your tailored workouts via the brilliant Fitter Confident You app - this has videos of Matt, showing you precisely what to do and how to do it. The workouts will be created based on the time you have available, your goals and the location you want to workout - home, the gym or... somewhere else?!
YOUR NUTRITION - your coaching will be based on how and what YOU like to eat - Fitter Confident You coaching will never ask you to give up any of your favourite foods as that's not a long term strategy for success. It will teach you HOW it works, and how to make small, consistent adjustments to what you eat that really add up.
YOUR CREW - Join the regular group Zooms and you'll see guys just like you, doing what you're doing and you'll see everything you want to achieve is within your grasp. Being in the Facebook group will provide you with an instant throng of friends and cheerleaders - and you'll discover cheering your friends on is just as motivating as being cheered on!

How much is group training?
£99 per month, (about $119) and I ask for a minimum three month commitment, as having been a Personal Trainer for 11 years, and due to sensible and sustainable Fitter Confident You approach, this amount of time gives us flexibility, breathing space and the opportunity for deep, profound, lasting change to take place.
What happens after the 3 months?
You'll be a Fitter Confident You! Lots of clients choose to continue on a rolling month-by-month basis, as it gives you new workouts every 6 weeks and means you get to stay in the group and join the Zooms, but no obligation, whatever is the best, logical next step for YOU is all that matters.
I don't have a gym membership, will this work for me?
100%! About 40% of Fitter Confident You clients workout at home, very happily and effectively, making all the progress they want. Some great benefits to home workouts - no creepy people, the equipment is clean and you never have to queue for it, you can have your own playlist as loud as you want...!
How many times a week do you want me to workout?
There's no set amount, and nothing in the plan is set in stone. If you can only workout twice a week, I'll take that! If this isn't your first rodeo, we may be able to start you on four times a week, all is built around what's going to support YOU best.
What's the catch?!
No catch! After 5 years of mainly offering 121 online PT, I wanted to expand how Fitter Confident You reaches and supports people, so having quietly tested this group plan, it's ready to go BIG! The group support elements mean the investment can be reduced without comprising on quality or your progress and success.
